Jeremy Isaac is a leading expert in facial aesthetics, with over 25 years of clinical experience and a passion for advancing professional standards. As a founding member and Director of MAP-IQ Ltd, he helped create the UK’s only OFQUAL-regulated, VTCT-approved assessment centre for recognising prior experiential learning in aesthetics.
In 2018, Jeremy launched his own training academy, offering evidence-based, Hamilton Fraser-accredited courses for healthcare professionals. He holds an MSc in Cosmetic Medicine, a Level 7 qualification in Medical Education, and advanced certifications in assessing vocational achievement and internal quality assurance.
Recognised internationally for his contributions to education and patient safety, Jeremy has authored several papers on facial aesthetics and serves as both a Country Expert and Adverse Events Board member for a leading pharmaceutical company. His extensive training with internationally respected practitioners keeps him at the cutting edge of innovation and
excellence in aesthetic procedures.

With over 15 years of experience in facial aesthetics and advanced skin rejuvenation, Jayne is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident, and naturally beautiful skin.
Highly trained in advanced laser and IPL technologies, Jayne holds a Level 4 qualification in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light Treatments and has completed her Access to Aesthetics Pathway training. She continually invests in professional development to ensure clients receive the highest
standard of evidence-based aesthetic care.
In the assessment and treatment of a wide range of skin concerns, including acne, acne scarring, rosacea, pigmentation, sun damage, uneven skin tone, ageing skin, fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of skin vitality, Jaynes approach focuses on understanding the underlying causes of skin concerns and creating personalised treatment plans designed to deliver safe, effective, and long-lasting results.
